While you are NOT required to retain an attorney to appear in court, when considering having your case heard by a jury, you may wish to think about an attorney representing you, as the Rules of Evidence do apply.  The rules listed below also include civil cases, but are inclusive of all court proceedings.  They are quite extensive and can be complicated.
